Summary | 0021088: Admin is not informed of pending schema upgrades when $g_admin_checks = OFF
Description | When admin checks are enabled (and the admin directory exists), information about the fact that the DB structure does not match the schema definition is displayed on the login page. Then, when the user logs in, they are redirected to the installer to perform the upgrade. If $g_admin_checks are disabled, the information is not displayed (as expected), but after login the system goes straight to the default page, skipping the schema upgrade. This may lead to errors or data inconsistencies depending on what schema changes are pending. If possible (i.e. when the admin/ directory is available), the administrator should always be informed of pending schema updates.
